(Seoul=NSP News Agency) soon ki Lee Journalist = Samsung Electronics implemented the regular personnel changes on executives, Fellows, and Masters on Dec 6 in 2019.

On Dec 6, Samsung Electronics promoted a total of 158 executives, including 13 vice presidents, 35 executive directors, 95 directors, 1 Fellow and 14 Masters.

In particular, in DS division, which has achieved the best results ever, 12 out of a total of 80 promoters were selected regardless of the length of their position, which showed the principle of thorough performance-based personnel changes.

Samsung Electronics promoted 13 of its business candidates with management achievements and growth potential to vice presidents, strengthening the candidates for future CEO lineup.

The company has continued to expand the promotion of its foreign and female workforce in order to strengthen diversity, and this time, it maintained the promotion of local core foreign and female workforce.

For foreign and female workers, 10 were promoted in 2016, 3 in May, 2017, 11 in 2018, and 11 in 2019.


Samsung Electronics completed the management personnel changes through regular executives changes in 2019, and will announce its reorganization and personnel changes soon.
