(Seoul=NSP News Agency) jeonghyun go Journalist = The Softbank Vision Fund is investing two billion dollars in Coupang additionally, which is followed by the one billion dollars investment in June of 2015.

Son Jung-eui, CEO of SoftBank Group Corp. said"The huge vision and leadership from Kim Bum-suk, CEO of Coupang, enabled Coupang to become a leading company in the Korean e-commerce market as well as an innovative e-business."and added"I am super proud of having a partnership with Coupang which is constantly providing valuable services to its customers."

Kim Bum-suk, CEO of Coupang said"We have been pursuing development and innovation of technology to make people comfortable."and also added"We are going to push ourselves for innovative platforms of data, logistics and payment and also make people think that they could not imagine their lives without Coupang."

Meanwhile, Coupang's sales in 2018 is expected to reach five trillion won, which is more than doubled compared to two years ago.
