(Seoul=NSP News Agency) jeonghyun go Journalist = GM KOREA decided to separate its R&D(Research and Development) division to be newly established at the shareholders' meeting on the 19th.

Accordingly, GM KOREA plans to complete registration of its new corporate body, GM KOREA Technical Center, Ltd., specialized in research and development and also complete its follow-up process and get down to business for developing a new model.

Meanwhile, GM KOREA is now going through whether KDB(Korea Development Bank) stood against or not in the shareholders' meeting . In addition, union members from GM KOREA have been on strike for their disagreement from the 18th and plan to hold a meeting on Oct 23 for the 3rd central executives committee.
