When Jaeyong Lee vice-president is going to be co-opted onto the board at the meeting of stockholders on Oct., he is going to do a role as a registered director from very that day. They plan to sell printer business business through dividing it as a subsidiary company and sale of division in a year.
About this assignment, board of directors evaluated that “Jaeyong Lee vice-president has built up his experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in management in general, has been leading rebounding record, rebuilding business even in the difficult circumstances like lying in sick of Gunhee Lee president, so he has showed his ability as a chief manager enough.” Because Lee vice-president will be co-opted, Sanghun Lee Chief Financial Officer who handles supporting business, will resign from a director. The board of directors keeps existing system, having 4 internal directors and 5 outside directors.
