[서울=NSP통신] 김정태 기자 = 서울 웨스틴조선호텔 라이브 스테이크 하우스 나인스 게이트 그릴은 4월까지 한우, 호주산 와규, 미국산 프라임 등 3개국 최고 등급 소고기의 안심 혹은 채끝등심을 한 접시에 놓고 맛볼 수 있는 ‘비프 트리오(Trio of Beef)’프로모션을 진행하고 있다.

지영섭 나인스게이트 그릴 주방장은 “이번 비프 트리오 프로모션은 한우, 호주산 와규, 미국산 프라임 등 3가지를 한 번에 즐길 수 있는 행사다”면서 “특히, 스테이크 애호가들과 평소 고기를 즐겨먹는 층에게는 한번에 3개국 최고 등급의 소고기를 맛볼 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것”이라고 말했다.

비프트리오 프로모션 메뉴는 세트로만 주문 가능하다. 점심 세트는 전채로 그릴에 구운 깔라마리 샐러드, 수프로는 샐러리 루트를 사용하고 우유 폼으로 마무리한 크림 수프, 트리오 비프 스테이크, 레드 벨벳 케이크와 바닐라 아이스크림 순으로 구성된다.

저녁에는 검정콩 소스를 곁들인 전복 구이, 라임 소르베가 추가 된다.

가격은 점심 9만 1000원, 저녁 14만 4000원이다.

“Trio of Beef”

The Ninth Gate Grille, live steak house in the Westin Chosun Seoul, presents “Trio of Beef” promotion throughout the month of April. Beef Trio promotion serves 3 most favored beef cuts (tenderloin or striploin, 50g each for Lunch and 70g each for Dinner) from Korea, Australia and US in a single plate. Trio of Beef promotion is available in lunch and dinner set menus and priced at KRW91,000 for lunch and KRW144,000 for dinner (including tax and service charge).

The chef has specially selected Korean beef grade 1++ with abundance of oleic acid which contributes the deep, rich flavor of the meat. Also Australia’s wagyu steak with marbling scores of 8 or above (out of 9) and US ‘Prime’ grade beef will be served for exceptional taste and tenderness.

Lunch promotion menu includes grilled calamari, seasonal veggies, creamy celery root soup with milk foam, Trio of Beef plate with red wine sauce, red velvet cake and vanilla ice cream. Grilled abalone with black bean sauce and lime sorbet will be added to Dinner menu.
