(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = Ssangyong Engineering & Construction has secured an exclusive contract to construct the high-end office project, 'Immersive Tower,' located in Dubai's International Financial Centre district. The project is valued at approximately KRW 320 billion (USD 230 million).

This project significantly contributes to Ssangyong's overseas business portfolio, covering a substantial portion of its international contract earnings through November of last year.

A representative from Ssangyong stated, “We have successfully completed numerous general building and hotel projects in Dubai, earning strong trust locally. Our recently completed project, 'Atlantis The Royal,' has become a landmark in Dubai, further cementing Ssangyong's reputation for technical excellence.”

The representative added, “We are currently involved in new projects where Ssangyong has been directly invited. With additional projects in the preparation phase, there is considerable potential for securing more contracts in the region.”

The Immersive Tower project entails the construction of a single 36-story premium office building with three basement levels and a total floor area of 114,474 square meters. The building will meet the highest standards of architecture, achieving the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification, the global benchmark for environmentally friendly construction.
