(Seoul=NSP News Agency) dILFUZA Sultanova Journalist = LG Electronics announced its preliminary results on June 6, and recorded consolidated sales of 55.3 trillion won in 2016 and operating profit of 1.33 trillion won.
Compared to the previous year (2015) Sales decreased 2% and operating profit is an increase of 12.2%.
In the fourth quarter of 2016, consolidated sales recorded KRW 14.7 trillion and operating loss KRW 35.3 billion. Sales increased to 1.5% compared to the same period of last year, and increased by 11.8% compared to the previous quarter.
Operating profit turned to the deficit.
