LG Life Sciences, Released 'Zemimet', New Compositive Drug for Diabetic Treatment

END7, Read 0(Seoul=NSP News Agency) Hanah Choi Journalist = LG Life Sciences released 'Zemimet SR Tab', a new line-up of Zemimet which is a self-developed new drug complex for diabetic treatment.
Zemimet®SR is complex drug of Zemiglo and metformin SR Tab, a self-developed new drug for diabetic treatment of which blood glucose consolidation ability increased compared to existing single drug.
In addition, it is a product that minimized side effects in gastrointestinal system often caused with metformin by providing sustained release of drug into gastrointestinal tract taking through unique formulation technology of LG life sciences. Particularly, size of Zemimet SR Tab was 50/500mg, reduced 20% compared to that of prior drug by means of crystallization technology which improved convenience of drug-taking.
