(Seoul=NSP News Agency) SO YEON kim Journalist = Citibank Korea (CEO JH Park) is offering a wide array of special benefits for Citicard cardholders in celebration of Chuseok.

For the month of September 2015, cardholders who purchase more than KRW 700,000 or more with their Citicards (exclusive of BC, corporate, check, and hybrid cards) at retails merchants will be eligible for a lucky draw that offers a cashback up to 50% of the spending (Maximum KRW 500,000).

The promotion is targeted at retail businesses where cardholders spend the most during the holiday season such as department stores, supermarket, duty-free shops, overseas merchants, gas station, and KORAIL (for more information on retail merchants related to travel, shopping, and public transportation, please visit CKI website: www.citibank.co.kr).

Cardholders will also get discounts on Chuseok gift sets at Emart, Emart Every Day, and Homeplus from September 14 to September 26, 2015. Cardholders may be eligible for a gift certificate giveaway depending on their spending level. Furthermore, Homeplus online mall is offering up to 50% discount for Chuseok related products starting from August 20 to September 28, 2015.

Cardholders who pay with their Citicards at Interpark (exclusive of BC, corporate, check, and hybrid cards) to book international flights may receive discounts up to 11%. Cardholders who make reservation at Interpark for international flights via Citicard Mall will receive additional 2% discount. Other online malls such as SSG.com, G Market, and Auction are offering diverse range of benefits as well.

Cardholders who accumulated Citipoints will be able to purchase a luxury cosmetic brand item with 2000 Citipoints.
