Renault Samsung Motors ranked 1st in Customer Satisfaction Index Survey.

(Seoul=NSP News Agency) jeonghyun go Journalist = Among auto service centers in South Korea, Renault Samsung Motors ranked first in the domestic sector of Customer Satisfaction Index Survey that Korea Consumer Agency conducted.

The survey was conducted to grade 11 major motors companies including 5 domestic ones and 6 overseas ones with large market share. For this, 1268 customers participated in the survey from Oct. 15th to Oct. 24th to assess service, service quality and reliability.

The service centers of Renault Samsung Motors scored 3.72 out of 5 with the highest points in all evaluation criteria(Service, Service Quality and Reliability) compared to domestic motors companies.

To satisfy customer needs through quality service, Renault Samsung Motors has invested in its service development and enhancement as well as 447 networks including 12 Direct Service Center, ESC, ASC, etc.
