YD Online, Inc., expectation of being removed from the administrative issue with a succession of Q2 paid-in capital increase

YD Online, Inc., which was designated as an administrative issue due to capital impairment rate of more than 50% in March, 2018, reduced it to 59.1% with a capital 13.7 billion won, and total capital 5.6 billion won on the basis of Q1 report by succeeding a third-party allocation paid-in capital increase of a total of 7.05 billion won in the first quarter one after another, however, it did not meet the requirement to be removed from the administrative issue.
However, as YD Online, Inc. has secured a total of 8 billion won in funds through three additional paid-in capital increases in the second quarter stably, the possibility of being removed from the administrative issue is growing. YD Online, Inc. plans to recover the financial soundness by securing stable funding and to make a leap through the release of new games in the second half of this year.
