(Seoul=NSP News Agency) YEON SUN HAN Journalist = Electronics IP and Wemade withdrew injunction against Actoz on preventing contract renewal of the ‘Legend of Mir 2’ in Korea.
Actoz confirmed through public disclosure that they received the letter of withdrawal from Seoul central district court(Case number 2017 KA HAP 80866) that was submitted by Electronics IP and Wemade.
Wemade reported on this injunction withdrawal that they withdrew in order to focus more on main lawsuit in Korea and China and added that they are concerned more because of meaningful court judgment especially in China.
Actoz reported that it was unjust that wemade applied injunction from the first time and added that this withdrawal confirms once again that Actoz has right to renew the contract and they will deal with main lawsuit by using law firms.
