It is also the only instant noodle that is currently being sold at the Pentagon and the US Capitol. Therefore Shin Ramyun got the title as ‘The first Korean food sold at all Wal-Mart stores in the United States.’

Additionally, Nongshim plans to introduce the ‘Wal-Mart ON-TIME’ system, which shortens the shipping time from 3 days to only 1 day in the second half.

“We are spreading the taste of Korea to places such as JFK Airport, Washington Airport, UCLA, and New York University including government agencies. In the second half of the year, we plan to introduce Shin Ramyun into the White House, NASA, UN Headquarters, etc.”, said Nongshim America’s branch office president Kim Byung-Oh.
