(Seoul=NSP News Agency) sanghyun Kim Journalist = Chorokbaem Media(CEO, GiTae Yoon) has announced that the company acquired SH Entertainment Group in Federation of Korean Industries Head Office Building on December 8th, 2015

The CEO, Gitae Yoon said “The business value, competitive advantages and growth potential has been significantly upgraded by the acquisition of SH Entertainment Group followed by the investment of DMG(Dynamic Media Group)” Also, he said “As No.1 exclusive production company in South Korea, we will expand into the global market in full swing with DMG”

The CEO, Wu Bing of DMG said “DMG was able to join with Chorokbaem Media among the excellent production company in Korea because of production capacity, growth potential and creative abilities.” he said “Chorokbaem Media’s ability like the great drama ”Producer“ will be accepted over anywhere in the global market, also we will lead Korean wave(Hallyu) entertainment in the world market including China.

Chorokbaem Media will be able to leap into undisputed No.1 domestic production which is expected annual sales 100 billion Won(KOR) with China drama production and distribution by the acqusition of SH Entertainment Group.

SH Entertainment Group holds a drama and entertainment production company, “Kim Jong Hak Production“, ”A9“(broadcaster Nam Hee Seok and Comedian Shin Young Kim) and model agency ”Power M Ent“

Chorokbaem Media was founded on May 26, 2008 and is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
