(Seoul=NSP News Agency) Jiye Kim Journalist = Lee Kun-hee, the bedridden chairman of Samsung Group, and the executives of Samsung donated 25 billion won to the “youth hope fund”, in a bid to help young job-seekers in Korea.

For helping youth hope fund, Samsung on October 21, raised a total of 25 billion won, of which 20 billion won from Chairman Lee and 5 billion won from the executive members.

“Chairman Lee, board of directors and executives agreed to the spirit and concept of the youth hope fund,” an officer of Samsung Group said, “We, therefore, decided to contribute to the movement in order to give courage and hope to the younger generation.”
